Please pray that I should be physically healthy. I am working hard at staying clean off drugs, but with that I have found I am addicted to food. I am afraid I will eat myself obese! I have tried excercising, and dieting, but it does not make a difference. My metabolism is slow from it being on turbo for ten years while using. Please pray that my metabolism will speed up and it will help me burn off weight that is unnaturally stored on my body! Please pray that the obsession for food as comfort be exhalted from my thinking, and that I shall have a normal appetite and proportion out now that I am clean and sober! Please pray that I will love myself on the outside, as well as the inside! Please pray for me. Thank you!
