Dear God,

I would do anything u would tell me to do. just tell mw how and what to do and i will do it to the letter. i am in a vicious cycle all over again and I have no one but myself to blame for it. im terribly sorry for messing up again. You have given me a lot of chances to fix it up and i ignored them, now in a situation where its causing me undue stress and I dont know what to do to get myself out of the mess i have created. Help me find the right solutions to them. Thank you.
