Please Dear God I know that you have been with me all my life and have gotten me through some of the most difficult times in my life, I ask you to please give me the straight I need to get through open heart surgery. I also would like to praise you for everything in my life, even if times were rough I am who I am because of my faith in you. Thank-you Dear God.
