This week I was diagnosed with cancer...Melanoma...on the retina of my left eye. I will have tests all week to see if it as spread thru the lymph glands to other parts of my body. I pray nothing else shows up. I go into surgery on July 19 to have radiation packet inserted into my eye. I remain there 5 days. The 2nd surgery to remove that packet will be done on July 23. My Dr. said there is also a good chance they will have to remove my whole eye. I was dealt 4 hard blows Wed. 1-cancer 2- melanoma, a deadly form 3' possibility of permanently having my eye removed. and 4-a chance it has spread elsewhere in my body. I have been numb, in shock, & yes, scared. Somehow God has truly given me that peace that passes all understanding but it is still a continuous battle physically, mentally and most of all spiritually. Please stand in agreement with me in the name of Jesus that I am healed. I appreciate your prayers from the bottom of my heart. God bless each one of you.
