On May 6 2013... I had an accident at work. I fell backwards off a 1ft platform. Had to be taken to ER by ambulance. Was taken off work for 3 whole days. Saw 4 different drs whom would not take me off work. I had previous had back surgery so now my employer is saying that is my problem not the fall. I have gotten increasing worse and now walk with a cane. I wemt yo my surgeon who ordeered an MRI. I have a compression fracture of my L1 disc and now need another surgery. I went from working 6 days a week to not being able to care for my daily living. Please pray that the Lord will open their eyes and grant my claim so I can have the surgery w /o having to pay for it.
