im contemplating...and i realized everything that has been in my Life. and i am so touched how the Lord has been with me. I feel so loved right now. in the past years, i could hardly think of something good ..my momentary optimism is just me keeping up with stuff..but i am surprised how things are changing..I am a work in progress

im so happy. this past weeks, i m feeling great..the quality of thoughts i have now compared to what i had these past 5 or 10 yrs is really improving..i can feel that my life is about to change slowly.and surely..i still have my fears with me but all of those will vanish sooner or later..
