My husband and I are both looking for permanent full time jobs and a place to live for our family. We had a super awesome deal renting a basement apartment for 2 years, but they are selling their home so we had to move. Right now we are staying with friends, but need a place by the end of this month. We both work part time jobs so it is hard to qualify. We will pay the rent, its just the move in costs are what is holding us up. We are praying for someone who may have a fixer upper house that they would be willing to rent, let us do some work on the property in exchange for the deposit. We also need a place close to our church and buslines as we will not have a car. I would really appreciate the prayers. Thanks
