Dear lord please help me to remain strong and help the childhood trauma that's within my heart. And hel me recover from distressing flashbacks lord. You are all loving and compassionate be my anchor and tower of strength. Also Lord I pray for Beth, lord that you give me the words to say and use my experiences to sow seeds of hope and compassion and strength and support to this dear lady.
