Im trying to quit smoking. Ive gone from2 packs a day, to 10, sometimes 1 couple more, but only a couple times. I just cant seem to just quit. ive been smoking 30 years, plus a couple more, but didnt always inhale. dumb, i know! But i would really like to just be done!!!!! mainly the cost is just insane, and both my parents passed away basically cuz of smoking. my father was 60 and my mother just past in Dec and she was 63. My mom had other issues along with the smoking... So please pray for me that i may quit completely and soon. TY have a blessed day
