I ask God for double strength as i have been ask to put in a formal complaint against a very nasty lady (VC) at work. A lot of people have complained about her including the residents in an Anglicare nursing home in which I work. This lady is very nasty and rude to me and I have never done anything to her. She is spreading nasty rumours and gossip about me and trying to set me up to get me in trouble with Management. I have been there for almost 8 years now and have always been told by Management that I'm an excellent carer. We now have a new Manager. I have not met him as yet, so it might be easier for this lady (VC) to destroy the reputation that I have tried to work so hard to get and maintain, as the Manager does not know me.The Care Manager knows me rather well and has always seen me as an excellent career and told me a long time ago that she has my back. I pray she will defend me to the site manager, so that he will hear and believe I am a great Career, and that NO matter what (VC) try's to say or throw at me, my job will be safe. It's not just me that she gives a hard time too, it is a lot of people. Time and time again, complaints are made and yet nothing gets done. So I just ask that God blesses my letter of complaint and that Management will know that its not a personal thing or vendetta against her.This lady (VC) has only been there about 2 1/2 yrs. She has caused so many problems for a lot of people, including trying to get Management into trouble. I ask that God remove her so that our shifts and Residents are once again comfortable.I also ask that God show her for what she is with other staff, as she is trying to turn them against me and other staff members. I have been putting up with this for at least 1 1/2 yrs now and not complained.But now something needs to be done.PLEASE Lord help keep my job safe and please give the manager discernment that he will KNOW she is trouble and that I am just there to do my job, NOT cause problems. I do not like to complain or get people in trouble, but enough is enough. God knows iv'e tried to deal with this on my own. PLEASE help....
