A prayer for my son. he's 23 and his Name is Matthew. I always refereed to Matthew as my Co-pilot. As Matt grew older he started hanging with the wrong crowds and at the age of 13 was allready gang affiliated and known to the police. Things never got any better for Matt. By the time he was 16 he had already spent half of his teenage years inside of youth corrections facilities. he reached 18 and by now he's doing drugs and getting involved in crystal meth. Unfortunately, we lost his father in March of 2014 to an accidental Methadone overdose. Matthew went off the deep end.
3 weeks ago, Matt ended up back in jail and I am afraid he isn't going to make it much longer. I believe his spirit is crushed and he is gonna just give up. I ask for you to pray for strength for him to face his demons and that he wholeheartedly seeks the help he needs to recover. I ask that you pray that God shows him his glory and that Matt's faith be restored. In Jesus name Amen
