There are several outside stressors that hit me from all around. That's been so hard to deal with, I have enough going on without all the extra stuff. My adult kids are a mess and they have kids that are being affected by their choices. My 10 yr old and I have very bad eating habits. Both obese. My "husband" relapsed hard Wednesday. So much.
