Prayer Request
Please pray for me and my son . He suffers with mental disorder and does not have insurance . I have repeatedly tried to get him ssi but keep getting rejected . They said it could take up to 14 months with a lawyer . I don’t have a job and my son is forced to live in not the best environment with my brother who is charging me 400$ a month to stay with him in a 1 br apt . I’m grateful he even has a place to stay but it’s not good conditions and he needs to see a doctor . Your prayers are appreciated

I living with the same problem with my son, keep praying and asking God to provide and he will take you on the right path, yes getting SSI is hard and I have attorneys and just keep pushing and waiting on God.

SSI lawyers will help with no money up front. They normally will take a percentage of any back pay. Also, have your son apply for state health insurance. Without an income he should be able to get help while he is awaiting SSI as long as he has applied
