I have had 3 mental illness spirals happen to me 3 times in the last 8.5 years- and it's scary and humiliating. I will be doing so well, moving upwards and making progress, and then I literally lose my mind out of nowhere. My gut has been aching and felt twisted up also for the last 2 months, and its highly uncomfortable. Please pray for me- and thank you all so much.
