My mother is in hospice care and her last wishes are for all of us her children and her grands come together for Thanksgiving at my sisters house where she's staying. My prayer is asking God to make a way some way. We are so spread out. Boston, Stoughton, Buffalo, Worcester, Pocono's, North Hollywood and DC. My sister asked her if she's waiting for anything and she said yes to see everyone on Thanksgiving. She's so small and fragile, she's clearly tired but not in any pain, she comfortable.

You are blessed with a loving mother. God bless her.
My prayers are with you that your family will come together and your Mother's heart's desire will be fulfilled. Also, I know God to be a miracle worker because He has performed miracles for me. I pray for a Miracle for your family!
Seeing everyone is not nearly as important as being assured each person is in God's hands. Beginning families have fewer resources for travel and missing work days. No one should feel obligation or guilt. This is not God's mandate. Families are separated by far greater distances now than what elderly people perceive. Make your decision on what is best for your present family, not the family you came from.
