Valeria, I know how it feels to be depressed and fear. But, God tells us he doesn't give us fear or depression. What helped me was telling myself what Gods words says " so do not fear, for I am with you; for I am God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." God loves you your not alone. So read verses and watch videos on fear and speak them out loud over yourself. I don't have fear and anxiety because my Lords says he didn't give it to me so Go now! fear and anxiety... also go to church and take communion. God bless you honey and things are going to get better!
