Hello Anthony, When I was 55 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I thought I was doomed. I also had high cholesterol and high blood pressure. My doctor said I needed to live on pills for the rest of my life. I started doing research and found I could help myself. I joined a gym and with diet & exercise I was able to beat all my medical problems. No more prescription meds.
