Praise the Lord,Linda,as I was reading this a thought came to my mind,I don't know if you have a cd player or not or even any good gospel cds you can play,but if you do,put on a cd & play softly play & listen.Soak in the music & let the Lord heal you & bring restful sleep to you.know that Jesus loves you so very much,
