Kaelyn,Yes,you are fearfully & wonderfully made by our Father God,so whatever is going on,take it to the alter & give it all to Him,he can handle it.ok.Put you some praise & worship music on & start praising the Lord for all he has already done,amen.
Please ask for help. Do not ever believe God did not wonderfully make you and that you are not worthy of an abundant life
