Hi Linda, Have you tried magnesium? It helps me with insomnia and anxiety. I get my intake from food (roasted pumpkin seeds, nuts, spinach etc please google magnesium rich foods) but using a supplement (Natural Vitality Calm is a great one) is fine too. Might be a game changer for you- it was for me. Also tapping helps to calm anxiety down, I'm sorry you're going through this it's no fun. I'll say a prayer for you. God Bless.
