A prayer request maybe? Or seeking for answers?

I end up asking God why he has given me a second life? What should I do still? I feel tired with whats happening already and reaching up to the point that it feels like it's too difficult to breathe life already, seems like theres nowhere to go and I'm stucked when I feel like i have to do something and move forward but im stucked and it just makes me feel more tired and numb.
