On this new day, the first day of the month and first day of the work week, please pray that I show up in the most loving way. That I can be a blessing to those I encounter, whether that be at work, strangers I come across and with my friends and family. Please help me overcome my hardwired ingrained behaviors that I’ve learned as a child and through the years that stem from fear and allow me to have the ability to recognize when I start to go down that path so that I can redirect and choose to be better.
