I am in a abusive and controlling relationship I broke my leg seven weeks ago I cannot walk or drive my husband doesn’t do anything to help me it’s a struggle to even get to the bathroom I am asking for strength to leave my marriage!! I feel so stuck and don’t know what to do as I’m laid up

Father, thank you for the opportunity to agree in prayer with each other. It is no coincidence that we spoke about domestic abuse in this morning’s service. Whatever reason a person feels they have a reason to inflict emotional and/or physical pain upon another person, we know that you do not approve of it. So we ask that you bring your daughter the peace of God that surpasses all understanding and the willingness and resources to exit the home and get to safety if the spouse refuses to go for treatment himself. Thank you in advance for answering our prayers. Amen!
I am praying you find strength & peace. That you heal quickly. That God brings you an exit strategy from that relationship.

I pray that you heal quickly not just your leg, but your heart as well and that you do find your courage and strength to leave. You have it you just have to recognize it in yourself.
call your local shelter for domestic violence victims---going to live at the shelter is not required if that is not what you want to do--they will help you develop a safety plan in case you need to escape your own home and they can help you through a variety of resources and legal advocacy--don't wait another minute to seek the freedom and peace you deserve! Please dear Jesus Lord help this woman find the strength and her self worth!! Let her know that through you all things work out! If you listen to God and let him guide you, he will! It may not be what you want to hear and or think you should be doing or hearing but listen to him! Follow where the Lord Guides you!!
