Please say a prayer that my house sells fast. I’m 78 and have two dogs. We are moving from a very large house to a two bedroom apartment. I can afford to pay rent and mortgage payment for June but can’t after that. I have a very good realtor. Putting it on the market after I move June 9.

Needs lots of work so I’m selling “As is”. So I’m afraid won’t sell fast. We are pricing it low so it will sell. Thank you for your prayers
