Hi Jennifer. I am praying for you. I know it might be a struggle, but if you can, try this. When the pain is kicking, take several slow deep relaxing breaths. As you breathe, call on God to send his healing light. As you inhale, imagine and believe that along with the breath comes divine light flooding all the cells of your body especially the areas in pain. Focus on that. Do not just imagine with your mind, but also with your heart. And, as you exhale, release all that does not serve you. God bless you.
