Please pray over my mental health. My thinking has been filled with negative bad thoughts. I renew my mind daily and pray all day. Some days are so bad I feel lost . Then next day I feel sometimes ok

Good evening Adam, I am not a doctor first of all. But, have went through having negative thought patterns. What helped me was to meditate on Gods Word by speaking scripture out loud to myself. I would first cast down the negative thought with scripture relating to the negative thought. Replacing that thought with a positive image from the Word of God. Then go into a time of praising God and worshipping the Lord. If you already know how to speak in our heavenly language. Pray in the Spirit. Try these things along with continuing in the study of the Word of God and do them on a continual basis. By making what has been mention a regular habit and seeing by doing so and allowing God to transform your thinking and thinking patterns, Amen
