Son & Grandchildren grieving sudden loss:
My 44 year old daughter in law passed unecepctly two weeks ago. Cause still undetermined. My son is beyond lost and grieving the loss of his best friend. She passed two weeks after my grandson turned 15, and less than a month from my son's birthday and Christmas. My grandson just started an early college admissions as a HS freshman( my son wants to save the house so they can stay in district). My granddaughter already suffers from depression and is only 10. My son is having to go on sick leave for his own health issues. So no real income. She was the only child of her mother. Her grief is beyond words. This family is suffering and have lost faith. They believe God to be an absentee father. How do we help them? We need prayers and, help, guidance. The family home needs a new roof, kitchen ceiling has a 6-8 foot crack, and the driveway is mostly mud. They live in NC and I am in Wisconsin

I believe they haven't turned from God but are angry at him. I believe that's apart of the grieving. Along with betrayal many feelings to process. Later a guy at work was talking about how bad he felt in his divorce like a failure. I told him he should of felt success.
Just pray and be there for them. They will work through the process.
thank you
I'll pray your son and family,I do understand how he feels my husband was killed at 41 and our kids were 17 and 12. I stayed strong Infront of my kids and We also owned a drywall company I had to show All involved I could do this. Also 2 weeks later the towers were attacked and now I have many family depending on to support there families. I can say that through my parents and God We made it through. I spoke to my Dad when making decisions. Time does help but I still miss him.
thank you
