Lord please touch the heart of our Managers that they will not make a big deal on the complain brought about by our Union. I am asking for forgiveness for my staff as she was not able to double check the list needed for the appraisal. I feel so worried that I will also be hit by this issue. I asked all of these in Your Most Holy Name. Amen.
