Please send prayers for me to heal my heart. I am not eating to help myself and I am afraid of a heart attack. My mother almost died of a heart attack at the age I am right now. And, this has been haunting me all year. Every time I even think to try to eat healthier I self sabotage and binge eat. I've been praying for help. Now I'm asking for prayers.
