Dear heavenly father, this heart of mine is persistent, relentless. Against all logic, I cannot seem to let go of this love that I have for him. I also see the sadness in his face. Allow us to make each other happy Lord. Faces come and go but his sticks with me through everything, despite everything. Please bring us together, let it be your will that we make a happy home together. I want nothing more, and no one else. Please don't let us suffer this way. Offer us this healing chance together.
