Lord Jesus,

You see everything that is hidden and everything that weighs heavily on our hearts.
Today, I bring before You the situation at my workplace — the uncertainty, the tension, and the longing for justice and peace.

Lord, You are a God of order, not confusion.
We ask You to step into this situation with Your wisdom and power.
Let there be clarity in communication, unity in decision-making, and fairness in action.

May our proposal regarding our placing and grading be received with openness and favor.
Touch the hearts of those in authority — grant them the grace to understand the truth of our role and the value we bring.
Help them act not with pride or politics, but with compassion and integrity.

Shield us from further arguments, delays, and disappointments.
Replace anxiety with Your perfect peace.
Give us the strength to persevere, and the confidence to speak when needed — guided by Your Spirit.

Lord, we place this entire situation in Your hands.
We trust that You will make a way where there seems to be none.

Let Your will be done, and may it be a will of breakthrough, fairness, and peace.
