Lord Jesus,
I come before You with a heavy heart, burdened by the uncertainty and unfairness at work. You see everything — You know my efforts, my struggles, and the desire for dignity, clarity, and justice in my role.
I lift this situation into Your hands, Lord. Please soften the heart of our boss. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit — that he may see with truth, act with fairness, and no longer leave us waiting in confusion.

Let light shine on what is hidden. Let justice flow like a river in our workplace. I ask that You open doors where there seem to be none — that our conditions, our grading, and our salaries may reflect the value You have placed in us.

Lord, I feel lost, anxious, and tired of carrying this burden. But I know You are my Shepherd, and You go before me.
In this moment of doubt, I choose to trust You, Jesus.
Let Your will be done — not in fear, but in peace, strength, and truth.
