Lord Jesus,

I come before You with a troubled heart. You know the words that have been spoken against me and the harm that others may be trying to cause. I ask for Your protection over my work, my reputation, and my future.

Jesus, protect me from my colleague who is trying to ruin my career and speak badly about me in front of others. Guard me from false accusations, gossip, and unfair treatment. Let the truth prevail, and do not allow evil intentions to prosper.

Give me wisdom to respond with dignity, patience, and courage. Keep bitterness, anger, and resentment from taking root in my heart. Help me to speak truthfully, act honorably, and trust You even when I feel hurt or misunderstood.

Surround me with Your favor and place trustworthy people around me. May my work reflect integrity and excellence, and may those who judge me see the truth clearly.

I also pray for my colleague. Touch their heart, bring peace where there is conflict, and lead us both in the path of righteousness and reconciliation.

Lord Jesus, You are my defender and my refuge. I place my career, my name, and my peace of mind into Your hands. May no weapon formed against me prosper, and may Your grace, justice, and mercy be with me each day.
