For my back. I have a buldge herinated disk in my lower back. Always putting pain in my lower back and down my right leg. I had to go and have to MRI's done just to fing out that i should see a chiropractor. But it would be nice if this pain was gone. ive had it since the end of 7th grade. so i guess ive had it for like a year i think. but yea the prayer would be nice.
