Dear God,

I am asking you to help me get through each day one day at at time as it has been a hard year: losing my husband, health issues, and going to have major back surgery in Janaury and not sure what next year holds. I give all my worries and anxiety to you and ask for you to give me the courage I need. Thank you God.
