i feel like i have stigmata. i have felt the crown of thorns and pain in my hands. but im not sure what to do. pls pray for me as i feel i missed something and am feeling condemned.....

im not sure where to start except that i have been having stigmata lately and i feel there is something i missed. i dont know if god is angry at me or if im still in his grace. pls help me.
