For me to calm my tongue from saying swear words, not to have urges to put harmful substances in my body,slow to anger,to be more giving,to be able to pay my tides, keep me in the word of God,to be able to put God ahead of my life in all choices I make,to exercise,eat right,be more understanding to all situations and most of all to be My Mothers best friend and for her heart to be at ease from the lost of her best friend which is her Mother.Thank You and may God continue to bless all of us.AMEN
