I lost my husband Nov. 16, last year. I am spending Thanksgiving alone by choice. Last year everyone thought I handled the holidays just great. Truth be told, I was numb. Now I am awake and hurting more than ever. Thank you for your prayers. May God Continue To Bless Us All.

Tomorrow I will be getting my results from my Urologist. Every 6 months, for the last 4 and a half years, I've been going for a CT scan/blood work. I have 2 thirds of one kidney left. Praying that it is functioning properly and giving thanks to Our Lord that I am still able to work. Missing my husband since he passed away this past November. He was my rock. A Prayer For Thanksgiving: I asked for prayers yesterday. Thank you, Dear Lord, and all who prayed for me. I got a wonderful report from my Dr. this morning. My one kidney is functioning like it should. I had 1/3 of it removed in March.
In 2011 I had my right kidney removed and I'm being tested every 3 to 6 months. Thank you again for the prayers. They were lifted up to the Lord. May God Continue To Bless Us All. Amen!

I am asking for prayers because I go tomorrow to get the results on my kidney function. I only have one left (2/3rds). Stage 1 renal cell carcinoma. I am thankful for what I have when so many others have so much more to deal with. My husband passed away in November. I miss him dearly. Please Dear Lord, give me strength to be strong for my family. I asked for prayers earlier for my brother who was to receive a kidney. The kidney was not able to function properly so they were not able to use it. Thankful that it was not inserted and then only to have it fail. Thank you for those who prayed. He is still optimistic. I'm praying for the family who lost their loved one - thanking them for donated the organs of their loved one. May God Continue To Rest Us All! Amen!

Please pray for my brother who has been on kidney dialysis for over 6 yrs. He finally got a call for a kidney. Pray that his heart is strong enough and that he does not reject the new kidney. Also pray for the soul of the donor and his family. Amen! May God Continue To Bless Us All!

My niece will be having a mammogram/ultrasound on Weds. My brother just called and said they might have a kidney donor for him. After losing my husband to cancer in November and having the removal of Stage 1 tumor from my only kidney in March, I just don't know how much more I can pray. I need help! Please pray for my family. Please pray for my niece who is worried about a lump on her breast. Her mother had breast cancer around the same age and she needs prayers. She has two little girls to raise and is so frightened. Thank you for the prayers. May God Continue To Bless Us All. Amen!

I feel like I spent the better part of 2014 asking for prayers for my husband who past away in Nov. My loved ones and I will be forever grateful for all of you who prayed for him. Once again I am coming to you for healing thoughts and prayers. Friday I will be having a cyst removed from my one and only kidney. The Dr. wants to remove it before it gets any larger. I know I will be okay because I have faith in Our God and my Dr. and his Staff. Just praying that it will continue to function properly. My sadness comes because this will be the first time having surgery that I will not have my husband physically by my side. I know he'll be with me because I can feel him.
