I am lost losing my way my faith, jesus guide me, i have no peace, direction anymore

I have so many diffent emotions im not sure who i am, faith is hard right now, im asking as many prayers please, my grndson was born early my whole family is so didfuntionable an im so lost i need jesus, i have ms seizures and psenomia jesus hlp me r u there

I got in a relationship with a horrible person, my whole life has been turned upside down, friends family loved ones have nothing to do with me, Im not perfect but i try too be better, ive lost everything and im scard ,also my health is bad i have ms, seizures, and now heart problems jesus protect me save me from this evil that is happening living in fear and confussion .....
