Prayers for my family...When my husband was married to his ex-wife, she cheated on him with his brother. Now that he and I are married, she is sleeping with his brother even though he is still married to his wife. Last weekend when we picked up my stepdaughter, they flaunted it in front of us (in his wife's car). My husband was having major issues forgiving his brother in the first place, and now this. Because my husband's ex-wife has primary custody of my stepdaughter, my stepdaughter is subjected to all this. The other issue is with my husband's ex-wife altogether. She does not spend time with my stepdaughter when she has her. She just leaves her alone all evening every evening. She does not want to do anything with her (including making sure she has what she needs), but she does not want my stepdaughter to legally spend more time with us because the more my stepdaughter is with her, the more child support she is getting. The ex-wife is also in contempt of court. She does not do things according to what the court papers advise (letting my husband know about doctor appointments, emergencies, etc.until so far after the fact that he cannot be there for emergencies or follow-up appointments). She lied to Children's Services and had them investigate my husband for child abuse (the case was closed as unfounded). All in all, this is a crazy situation, and I am so angry over the injustices inflicted on my husband and stepdaughter. Please pray for my husband, my stepdaughter, and me. Also, please pray that her mother will be a better mother before it is too late.
