Please God, cure Shahad a daughter of my best friend which i consider my grand daughter, she is very sick by having liver enlargement she is only 8 months old and too young to suffer, she has to to be admitted in the hospital as soon as possible, grant her mother with the energy, strength and calmness to deal with any situation that is put before her.Her self-esteem is greatly affected because of her daughter situation,her mother is also in financial problem, please in light any one to help them as for now she is a single parents Amen.
