For me it is always a struggle to ask for any kind of help and to let people know that im struggling, my Pride gets in the way along with feeling of ashamed and embarrassed but i know it wont get me anywhere if i continue to hide behide those demonds. For the past 3 years or so i was in and out of eating disorder treatments for anorexia and just recently, 6 months ago i went into my first rehab facility for alcohol and drugs. since then i havent picked up but the eating disorder has been slipping its way into my life again and i feel that the alcohol and drugs are not to far away from me picking them back up aswell.. i honestly feel that im going deeper and deeper into this darkness of deprssion.. ive been struggling with self hatred, feelings of being hopeless, alone, forgotten, sadness, depression, anger, helplessness, worthless, self pity and a lot more.. i havent felt this way in a very long time and i sometimes feel that this wont end. i hope i can get some prayers commig my way to keep me strong, courageous, wise, and faithful through this hard time. thankyou and God bless you xoxo
