My family is in need of your prayers. My grandson made a HUGE mistake & is facing adult- like punishment within the courts. He's a good kid, but has been dealing with a lot the last two years, from being bullied at school to his parents splitting up & him catching his mother lying about another man. Then was rudely told that my son was not his real dad. He was just getting back into good grades & things were looking up we thought. Then he made this horrible decision that has changed his life forever & will carry on into his adult life forever if the courts charge him as they say they are. He is in a dark dark place right now & probably feeling the extended family doesn't love him anymore. He cries all the time, begs his mom to sleep with him as he has had nightmares, not eating & his grades are dropping. He is facing the unknown in juvenile court & I think he will be locked up soon. He doesn't even know the severity the courts say they are charging him with yet, as his parents haven't told him yet. He goes to court this Friday. I myself have cried constantly begging God to please have the court show mercy & not lock him up. To give this boy the therapy he so needs. Locking him up for this will only serve to make him worse. I don't know Gods will, but I pray it is for mercy & heal my family that is now torn apart from all of this. Thank You!
