Hi, my husband was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and Epilepsy, he already had depression and anxiety disorder. You can imagine what he and I are going through, there are at least 40 different meds in our medicine drawer. I have fibromyalgia and degenerative joints, so we are a motley crew, but we love each other and God.My prayer is not for healing. Our boys have both grown up and moved to different cities to pursue their own lives and so, I pray for strength and guidance. The ability to get out and make new friends, loneliness is a weapon of depression, and I pray he will want to get out of the house with me, because I miss the kids. I pray God will help us find a new life in our community with people our own age, that we can bond with over common things. I pray also for my friend Lexie Smith who passed away on 3/29/13 from Breast Cancer, and the family she left behind.Thanks be to God for all things we have. Amem.
