I try not to be a "pity me" type of person. I have always tried to take life and make the best of it that I can with what I have. Lately, my health has been on a downward spiral and the past several days have been really hard for me. I have sinus problems again for the 2nd time in just a month. I have missed several days of work, I have no energy to do anything and just feel down. I try to look at all the good things in my life and how hard other people have it. It's just these health problems seem to be continuing without any relief and I'm just frustrated and sick and tired of being sick and tired. I know God is always with me and he wants be to be a stronger person and focus on the positive and not the negative. I know with his help I will be able to get over this also, I just pray it's soon.
