After I retired 2 months ago, I lost my life insurance. My mother died much younger than we expected, and I wanted to make sure my husband and children were taken care of, in the event anything happened to me. My husband was able to get me on to his life insurance policy and a nice lady came to our house to do a checkup and labs on me. Turns out when the lab results came back, everything was great, except I tested positive for Hepatitis C! I was stunned and so was my husband. I have never had a blood transfusion, shared blood with anyone, I don't do drugs, I don't even like to take aspirin! I don't smoke; never have and I don't like needles. I'm pale because I'm Scottish, but have never turned yellow. I get my checkups every year and this has never come up before. I go to the doctor on the 24th to recheck. Even though this is treatable thing, it still unnerves me. Please pray for healing and for peace for me.
