I'm praying for you. Anxiety is the worst, worse than depression. Our minds keep up this constant loop of terrible thoughts, telling us how awful we are, making us re-live the past over and over again, and worry about what might happen in the future over and over again. Every time your mind does this, remind yourself that this is NOW, and there is peace in this very moment. This is now, God loves you right NOW and always. When your mind tries to take you to dark places, return to this moment, return to God.
