Dear Lord,

I ask for prayers for my prayful discernment of my work situation. I am a director of a child care and there is so much chaos at work. I am a bible instructor and since I have been evangelizing the word of God to all that I meet the Devil has decided to create Spiritual warfare in my life. So many of my employees lack social pragmatics and show no respect for each other and feel that if someone is not following state mandates or policies and procedures that you say nothing because it's called snitching to the boss. Most are involved in Gossip and have spoken against me behind my back. I need your guidance Lord in helping me to know where I truly belong. I love working with children and families. Ths staff are my joy as well as my pain. I only wish to know what you call me to do Lord. When I am teaching the Word and am with those who are in Christ I am at peace. It is my desire to always follow your will Lord, not mine. I do not know if I belong there as I feel that I am at peace doing your work in proclaiming your word. Father in heaven, I ask that you guide me through this difficult time and help me to discern where it is that you want me to be.
