Please pray for my father who is dealing with stressful and upsetting health issues! Let him be taken care of by spirit and let all be on a more steady, healthy path!

I'm in intense pain from a pulled muscle or two...I think from yoga. I have been crying tonight...and very headachey too...have frozen corn on butt, legs, head.

I'm praying for all those affected by the explosions at the Boston Marathon today...:(
