I sincerely covet your prayers I believe in the power of faith and if I don't have enough faith the Scripture says that the prayer of faith will raise them up for Hilda sicknesses I take care of their needs.
Starting last year I contracted shingles suffered for several months with the neuropathy pain, nerve pain as well as the scarring that affected me mostly on my left side on my neck and And my chin. In January I fell at work had hit my head and to this day I'm still suffering severe headaches nausea and dizziness.
I was on Worker's Comp. for about two and half months they decided that my injuries are not work related simply because they want to take me off of benefits they don't want any loss of work time reported against them. I've had doctors lie Falsify reports and have other doctors to support their case so that I would be removed from Benefits. I have a primary care Doctor Who is a part of the same health group will not treat me for my injuries nor will she put me out on any kind of state disability even though I cannot physically go back and do my normal duties. I'm a single mom who has try to support myself raise my children by myself. Raise them in the church to be God-fearing young man and they sincerely love God and love people not perfect but I believe that we have had a good strong firm foundation in our lives even amidst all of the confusion. My prayer is that you will pray with me as I head into a qualified medical examiner's office for a report to see if they can find anything specific. My head still hurts it feels like a vice grip is around it when I lay on my pillow or when I leaned up against the headboard of my bed or if i lean up against the head rest of my car. I also can't drive for more than 30-40 minutes as I get low back pain I'm in so much pain last two days from riding to be with my kids for Mother's Day . I also fell and hit my left shoulder left elbow and not affected my shoulder elbow and hand my left hip has radiated numbness and severe pain down my leg into my foot causing me to not have full sensation and my Low back has definitely been a serious issue . My neck also suffered whiplash and if I turn to the right of the left look up or down or bend over I will get dizzy or nauseated.
I want to get better. I am not being currently treated as they all refuse to treat/deal with workers comp issues. I have no source of income and my health is still not good.
I need to go on state disability until I get proper diagnosis from the QME. or I m completely healed. I don't need to stay ill to prove a point but I do need to have someone understand the types of pain and the serious issues that I have been through in order to prove to my company that I'm not just faking it. If I could show you only a portion of what they have done to me you would understand that is simply a way of them trying to disprove me so they don't have to pay out anything
